Reservation Deposits
Deposit & Payment Policy: A deposit equal to 100% of the first night's stay is due at the time of reservation and is fully refundable in accordance with our cancellation policy. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Cash is accepted only after a valid credit card deposit has been secured.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to gannettpeaklodge@wyoming.com. Please include your reservation number to ensure proper documentation.

Cancellations must be received at least fourteen (14) days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the balance paid.
Group reservations require a minimum twenty-one (21) day cancellation notice.
Cancellations received after the applicable cutoff time, early departures, or no-shows are non-refundable, and the reservation is due in full.
Reservation Changes
Any modification to an existing reservation is subject to a $15 change fee. Changes requested within the cancellation window are governed by the cancellation policy.
Important Third-Party Reservations
All reservations made through third-party booking sites (including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and other GDS channels) must be canceled directly through the original booking website. Gannett Peak Lodge is unable to cancel or modify third-party reservations.

Check-In
Check-In Policy
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. Please let us know if you plan to arrive earlier; we will do our best to accommodate early arrivals when possible.

Check-out is at 10 AM. For a later check-out, please inquire at the front desk. A fee may apply to check-outs later than noon.
Pets
Dogs & Service Animals
Guests traveling with dogs, including ADA-recognized service dogs, are asked to call us as soon as possible to confirm that an appropriate dog-friendly room is available in their selected room category. Only dogs are permitted; no other pets are allowed.
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs)
Emotional Support Animals are not recognized as service animals under the ADA and fall under our standard pet policy. Applicable pet fees apply in designated dog-friendly accommodations.

The interiors of all rooms are non-smoking of any kind. Smoking inside the room will incur a $250 fee charged to your credit card. There is a designated area outside of the courtyard for smoking; the interior courtyard is smoke-free.

Damages
Damage & Excessive Cleaning Policy
If a room is damaged or left excessively dirty during a stay, guests will be charged the cost to repair or replace damaged items, plus a $50 cleaning fee.
To help maintain the quality of our boutique bedding and organic duvet covers, we provide complimentary protective cover sheets for beds upon request. Cleaning cloths are available at no charge for bikes, backpacks, and other cleaning needs, and beach towels are provided for lake use.
